This patient, between 18–25 years old, desired improvement in the overall aesthetics of her nose while maintaining a natural appearance that complemented her facial features. Her primary concerns included a prominent dorsal hump and a nasal tip that appeared larger and lacked definition. She was interested in achieving a smoother nasal profile with a more refined, lifted, and rotated tip.
She underwent a primary rhinoplasty focused on lowering and smoothing the dorsum, refining the nasal tip, and improving tip projection and rotation. At 6 months post-operatively, her results demonstrate a softer and more elegant nasal contour with improved balance and proportion throughout the face. The profile view reveals a smooth, natural transition along the dorsum, while the tip appears smaller, more refined, and subtly elevated. Overall, her rhinoplasty result enhances facial harmony while preserving a natural and individualized appearance.
