This patient, a female between the ages of 35–44, desired improvement in the overall balance and appearance of her nose while maintaining a natural look that complemented her facial features. Her primary concerns included a prominent dorsal profile, excessive nasal length, a drooping tip, and excess tip projection. She underwent a rhinoplasty to lower the dorsum, shorten and refine the nose, elevate the nasal tip, and decrease projection for improved facial harmony.
In the post-operative photos, you can appreciate a softer, more balanced nasal appearance that remains natural and proportionate to the rest of her face. The dorsum has been smoothly lowered, the drooping tip has been lifted and refined, and the nose appears shorter and less projected. Overall, her results enhance facial balance while preserving an elegant and natural aesthetic.
