This 28-year-old patient is shown 4.5 months following a primary rhinoplasty, with early but beautifully evolving results. Prior to surgery, the patient was bothered by a prominent dorsal hump, an under-projected nasal tip, and a bulbous appearance on frontal view.
Surgery focused on creating a more balanced and refined nasal shape while preserving a natural look. The dorsal hump was carefully reduced to smooth the nasal profile, and the tip was refined to improve definition and contour. Tip projection was also enhanced to bring the nose into better proportion with the rest of the facial features.
At just over four months post-operative, the patient already demonstrates significant improvement. On profile view, the nose now has a smooth, elegant contour with harmonious proportions between the dorsum and tip. On frontal view, the tip appears more defined and less bulbous, contributing to an overall more refined and balanced appearance.
As healing continues over the coming months, further subtle refinement and softening of the tissues are expected, enhancing the final result even more.
