THE BEST BED MANNERS EVER and VERY PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS! I had a horrific accident and travelled the world for multiple surgeries. Dr. Patel is a very kind, empathetic and knowledgeable doctor who knows his art very well. He and his entire staff are very attentive to the client's needs and show genuine concern in patients' well-being.  Dr. Patel and his staff accommodated my pressing schedule and went above and beyond to secure the date and the hospital that fit me best. The surgery went even smoother than I expected and the results are outstanding. I have met many doctors and Dr. Patel is one of the top notch professionals in the world. Highly recommend him! If you’re struggling with back pain, discomfort, bad posture, or many other issues caused by big breasts. I can confidently recommend you to Dr. Dino. He cares so much about what he does and his patients. Not only did he change my life, no LITERALLY, he changed my life. He made my journey so comforting. If I had a concern he was one text away and responded in timely fashion keeping my anxiety levels low. His girls are so sweet, amazing, welcoming, and comforting. I walk into my post op appointments and feel like I’m coming to see some friends. Courtney, Kari, and Heather are just as amazing as Dr. Dino. They are so supportive, I did not feel fearful or alone AT ALL. And his surgical team is just as awesome. They were laughing with me, making conversation, and answering all my questions. I did not feel like I was walking into a major surgery. Finally, my healing journey was great. I was left with all the tools needed to take care of myself. The proper non-narcotic medication, proper wound care, two compressive bras, and a paper with  instructions, telling me exactly what to do. I went from bad posture, incapable of working out efficiently, sweating under my breasts as soon as I stepped outside on summer days or went on summer walks sometimes even on days that weren’t too hot and went on walks, and bras that never fit. To a posture I’m working on correcting based off bad habits, bras that fit, feeling so much lighter and free and most importantly the ability to move around and be healthy. Dr.. Patel and his staff were amazing from the consultation to the post operative appointments. Dr. Patel’s results exceeded my expectations. I can’t express how impressed I am with his work. I cannot stress enough how good of an experience I’ve had with Dr. Patel. This was my first experience having cosmetic surgery and Dr. Patel made me feel comfortable, confident, and informed throughout the entire process. I got a lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer and it has absolutely changed my confidence and my life. I couldn’t be happier with my breast aug and lift results! Dr. Iteld really listened to what I wanted and helped me achieve the exact look I was hoping for. Yajayra and Linda were so helpful and patient while helping me talk through all my options, and Caryle was an amazing nurse, so reassuring before surgery and always responsive when I had post op questions. Dr. Patel and the staff at PSC were great! I had a septorhinoplasty done about four months ago -  the process and recovery was very smooth and I love the results. It looks very natural and I have gotten many compliments. It still feels like me but makes me feel so much more confident in my profile. I really appreciated that Dr. Patel was honest about what was possible and the recovery timeline, rather than promising something that wasn't realistic. Dr. Patel cared for my son after a hockey puck caused him to break his jaw, and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the very beginning, he guided us through every step of the surgery and healing process with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. He took the time to answer our questions and made a stressful situation feel manageable. His staff was equally wonderful—professional, caring, and supportive throughout it all. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel and his entire team. From the initial consultation, the front desk staff was consistently friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The office had great energy & was so clean. My experience with Dr. Patel is that he was very professional, transparent, and confident throughout the entire process. He actually anticipated most of my questions before I could even ask them, which made me feel assured and confident in his care. My surgery and recovery process went as described…. I actually felt better and more energetic than expected afterward. Choosing this procedure & office was the best decision I have ever made for my posture & confidence. I am already feeling more energetic, and I find myself more in love with the results every single day. While this was likely just another routine day at work for Dr. Patel, it has completely changed my life. I had the pleasure of having my surgery done by Dr. Parit Patel. From the consultation, to any questions I had, the surgery and recovery, everything has been wonderful and more than I expected. Dr Patel and his staff really go above and beyond. I felt safe, comfortable and confident that I chose the right person to perform my TT, lipo and muscle repair. At any point if I had any questions or concerns they responded quickly and professionally.  The staff is amazing as well, very informative and friendly! 10/10 life-changing experience with Dr. Patel. I went in for a cleft rhinoplasty, and his work beyond exceeded expectations. He was very professional from beginning to end, cautious not to over promise and then delivered extraordinary results. I am so so grateful for Dr. Patel and his team. Huge thank you to Dr. Martin and her team at Concierge! I’m loving my results and have had an amazing experience! The staff is all phenomenal, and I appreciate how patient and professional Dr. Martin has been. I was looking for a board certified plastic surgeon I could trust and who did amazing work and she fit the bill! If you are in the suburbs of Chicago and looking for any type of plastic surgery… I highly recommend Concierge! I also did my first hydro facial with Bridget last week and was amazed at the results! Thank you for changing my life, Dr. Patel. After weight loss, I saw Dr. Patel for skin removal surgery. His clinic was so clean. His staff was so compassionate and professional. My surgery date was only a day ago (10/30) so I’m still swollen but have happy tears every time I look in my mirror. I would choose Dr. Patel again and will be in the future. Additionally when I walked in the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is beautiful, clean, and calming—immediately putting me at ease. Dr. Patel is a miracle worker! To quickly summarize,  I suffered multiple fractures to the front and side of my left cheek, which also shifted it back. Leaving a dent in the side of my face, and a bump the size of a green pea under my left eye. I naively went to the first recommended surgeon given to me by a local primary doctor. This surgeon had many degrees and had written books. After the surgery, there were no visible difference and it was a failure. I confronted the surgeon who then made a miserable attempt to explain the failure. I left and went directly to the primary who referred me to the surgeon who "botched" the surgery, showing him there was no progress with the surgery and asking him, who else can I go to? He replied, "thats the only surgeon I know." I called everywhere that would appear on Google, made multiple visits to primary doctors for referrals to other plastic surgeons. Ask those offices who would they know, to get, we don't know, as an answer. Or only for them to get back to me at the last moment, after waiting up to 2 weeks, in some cases, to say the surgeon can't do it or they're unsure still about insurance. I would call and their receptionist were oblivious to my issue, and condescending. I knew I had to keep looking, after 3 months, and dealing with constant migraines, a large amount of weight loss and light sensitivity, I saw Dr Patel's website on my Google search results. I thought, how did I miss this? From the moment I started talking to Lauren, the office manager,  I was feeling more and more relief. She listened to everything, didn't cut me off or have a condescending attitude like the 30+ doctor offices i had spoken to before. I even caught myself frantically explaining and speaking over her, due to those previous interactions with the office managers and doctors, that I mentioned. She was very calm and knowledgeable. She knew everything right away, and said to get brand new, post botched surgery, CT scans for Dr Patel and then set up an appointment to see him. Within the first 5 seconds of looking at me, Dr. Patel told me and explained using model anatomical parts, what the issue was. (I'd like to add that the first surgeon was looking at my scans from two hospitals and he was bewildered, and gave up after 10 minutes.) I knew right there, Dr Patel was a pro. He said what he believed was most likely wrong, but wanted to look at the scans first. He was exactly correct. We scheduled the surgery, and every single step was thoroughly explained. Surgery day came, and I was taken care of, again, every step of the way. Surgery was a complete success! My issue was complicated, it was several fractures and misaligned bones causing deformation. Dr Patel should be recognized for this surgery. I'm sure it was a new method, and extremely hard to perform. My face was saved because of Dr. Patel. Where all other surgeons in the chicagoland area showed cowardice and incompetence, Dr Patel has set himself above all of them. King of plastic surgery in Chicago. I am happy looking in the mirror, or walking the street and not having to hide my face due to deformity. It's as if i went to sleep and my face reappeared, simply incredible, even possibly better than before. I'm in debt to Dr Patel. Family and friends of mine all want to go to Dr Patel now after seeing the miracle of how he reshaped my face. I've healed in 6 weeks completey and have continued my life. I don't even shake Dr Patel's hand, its too important. Dr Patel, Lauren, Maddie and Diem and all the staff at Plastic Surgery Chicago are truly respectful and caring, if they don't have something or don't know, they'll get it or figure it out fast. Please learn from this, don't waste your time,  just come here,  get the results, and get on with your life. Don't gamble on your face.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Patel and his team. After consulting with a few different clinics for a breast augmentation, I met Dr. Patel and booked the procedure before leaving the office. Both he and his team have amazing bedside manner, excellent communication skills, and immediately made me feel comfortable.
