25-34 year old male who had an ear deformity since birth. The patient had what is called a “lop” ear or constricted ear, where the top portion of the ear folds over. The ear appears smaller and malformed. This patient underwent an otoplasty to repair the deformity. In the post-operative photos you can visualize, the top portion of the ear is re-positioned in a more anatomic position and the anatomy of the ear recreated.
