35-44 year old male who presented for left ear reconstruction after developing cauliflower ear from wrestling. The patient underwent an ear reconstruction procedure to thin the ear cartilage, reconstruct the ear cartilage anatomy, and to set the ear back closer to his scalp. In the post-operative photos, you can see the ears are more symmetric in size and shape.
