Rhinoplasty | Early 20s Patient — 6-Week Result
This patient came to us wanting a straighter, more balanced nasal profile — specifically addressing a prominent dorsal hump, tip bulbosity, and a nose that was under-rotated, under-projected, and slightly deviated.
Before: Prominent dorsal hump, deviated dorsal line, bulbous and underprojected tip with insufficient rotation.
After: Smooth, refined dorsal profile with the hump fully addressed. The tip has been lifted, rotated, and refined for better definition and proportion — creating harmony with her other facial features.
This is an early result at just 6 weeks post-op — swelling will continue to resolve over the coming months, with further refinement expected as she reaches her final result. Already, you can see the improved balance and natural-looking outcome.
