19-24 year old female who was interested in improving the dorsal hump, deviation of the nose, and tip aesthetics. The patient underwent an ethnic rhinoplasty where the dorsal hump was removed, the nose straightened, and the tip refined, rotated, and de-projected. In the post-operative photos you can visualize a more balanced and aesthetic dorsum and tip.
