45-54 year old female who was interested in an aesthetic primary rhinoplasty. The patient was most concerned with the significant deviation of the nose to the right and the overall size of the nose. The patient underwent an open rhinoplasty where the nasal bones and tip of the nose were reset in the middle of the patient’s face. The tip was refined, de-projected, and rotated upwards to improve the aesthetics of the nasal tip. The goal in rhinoplasty is to improve the shape and size of the nose without changing how the patient looks entirely.
