55-64 year old female who was interested in improving the contour and aesthetics of the lower 1/3 of the face, jawline, and neck. The patient’s greatest concern was the poorly defined jawline and excess skin of the neck. The patient underwent a neck lift for surgical facial rejuvenation. As you can see from the post-operative photos, the patient has improvement in the definition of the jawline and a tighter neck. The neck muscles have been tightened and the excess skin of the neck has been removed to improve the overall youthfulness of the neck.
