65-74 year old female with basal cell carcinoma of the right nose and cheek. The patient had Mohs excision and was left with a full thickness defect of the right nose involving the right cheek. The patient underwent ear reconstruction using flaps from the forehead, cheek, and nasal septum to recreate the nose. In the post-operative photos, you can see restoration of the anatomy of the nose and cheek.
