55-64 year old male who had Mohs surgery of the nose to remove a basal cell carcinoma. The patient had a full thickness defect of the left nostril involving all layers of the nose. The patient underwent a complicated reconstruction using a flap from his nose, ear cartilage, and a forehead flap to reconstruct the nose. In the post-operative photos, you can visualize restoration of form and function of the nose. Additionally, the scars are hidden in shadow lines of the nose making the reconstruction inconspicuous.
