This male rhinoplasty patient, between the ages of 25–34, desired subtle yet meaningful refinement of his nasal appearance while maintaining a strong, masculine profile. His goals included lowering the dorsal hump, refining the nasal tip, and achieving a slight increase in tip rotation for improved balance and facial harmony. In the after photos, the nose appears smoother and more proportionate, with a refined tip that still preserves natural male definition. In male rhinoplasty, maintaining appropriate tip projection and avoiding over-rotation is especially important, as excessive rotation can feminize the nose and create an unnatural appearance. This result demonstrates how careful, conservative refinement can enhance the nose while preserving the patient’s masculine features and overall facial character.
