18-24 year old male who was interested in improving the aesthetics of the dorsal hump, significant deviation of the nose, and the bulbous tip. The patient underwent a primary rhinoplasty to achieve these aesthetic goals. In the post-operative photos, you can see improvement in the size, shape, and symmetry of the nose. Specifically, you can visualize a straight dorsum on profile or side view and a straight nose on frontal view. This patient is 5 months post op. It is important to note that in male rhinoplasty, we do not want to rotate the nose significantly to avoid feminizing the nose.
