A stunning 1-year transformation that highlights her beauty! 💞

This patient wanted to improve the asymmetries of her cleft lip, and her under-rotated and under-projected nasal tip. She underwent a Cleft Revision Rhinoplasty with a rib cartilage graft and Fat Transfer. In the post-operative views, you can see that the patient’s nose is now straighter and more symmetrical, and the tip has been lifted, rotated, and refined. With the improvement in the dorsum and nasal tip’s contour and proportions, there is overall restoration of balance to her facial features. 🫶

Fully healed and looking handsome! 🔥

This patient sought to improve the aesthetics of his profile and underwent a Male Rhinoplasty. Specifically, he wanted to reduce the dorsal hump and improve the deviation of his nose and bulbous tip. As you can see from the post-operative views, the patient now has a straight dorsum on both profile and side views, and a straight nose on frontal view. There is also overall improvement in the size, shape, and symmetry of the nose. A key aspect for Male Rhinoplasty cases is to be meticulous of overrotation of the nose to avoid feminizing the nose. He is now 1 year out from his procedure and looks great! 🤩
