This 44-year-old patient wanted to look less tired while improving the balance and masculinity of his face. At 6 months post-op, his transformation reflects a thoughtful, structural approach: a lower blepharoplasty to smooth the lid–cheek junction, facial fat transfer to restore volume in the peri-orbital and malar regions, and a sliding genioplasty to enhance chin projection and jawline definition.
By repositioning the patient’s own bone, a sliding genioplasty allows for precise, three-dimensional correction of chin projection and facial proportions—something that is often difficult to fully achieve with a chin implant alone, particularly when addressing both projection and vertical height. The result is a more rested, proportionate, and masculine appearance—natural, refined, and tailored to the individual.
