In this case, the patient underwent a Hybrid Rhinoplasty to improve the function and aesthetics of her nose in terms of size, dorsal hump removal, and asymmetries of the tip. As you can see from her post-operative photos, her nose is straighter, the dorsal hump has been removed, the tip asymmetries have been improved, and it is now less bulbous, less projected, and slightly de-rotated. Overall, her nose and profile are more balanced. 💗

In this case, the patient was interested in achieving a stronger chin and jawline, and underwent a custom mandibular and chin implant surgery. He had a previously placed chin implant that we removed during this procedure, and we created a custom wraparound mandibular implant. You can observe that in the post-operative photos, the patient has a stronger and more defined chin, jawline, and profile. Look how the augmentation also improved the contour of his neck.

Ever heard of Midface Reconstructive Surgery? 🤔

This surgery refers to multiple surgical procedures that restore the structure of the middle area of the face, including the cheekbones, upper jaw, and eye sockets. In this case, this patient was interested in improving the aesthetics and symmetry of his cheeks. We created custom Implantech cheek implants to augment the right side of his face. We also contoured his left zygomatic maxillary complex, otherwise known as the midface/cheek. In his postoperative views, you can see how his cheeks are more symmetrical and his face is more balanced overall. 😊
