25-34 year old female who wanted to improve the aesthetics of her nose and chin. The patient had significant deviation of the nose with a dorsal hump and plunging tip. The chin was significantly recessed as well. The patient underwent a primary rhinoplasty and sliding genioplasty. In the postoperative photos you can visualize a straighter nose, an improved profile with the dorsal hump removed and the tip rotated and projected.
