This patient sought to improve the aesthetics of his profile and underwent a Male Rhinoplasty. Specifically, he wanted to reduce the dorsal hump and improve the deviation of his nose and bulbous tip. As you can see from the post-operative views, the patient now has a straight dorsum on both profile and side views, and a straight nose on frontal view. There is also overall improvement in the size, shape, and symmetry of the nose. A key aspect for Male Rhinoplasty cases is to be meticulous of overrotation of the nose to avoid feminizing the nose. He is now 1 year out from his procedure and looks great! 🤩
