35-44 year old male with Poland syndrome and chest wall asymmetries who wanted improvement in the size, shape, and symmetry of his left chest. The patient underwent left chest reconstruction with a chest implant. In the post-operative photos, you can see improvement of the chest size, shape, and contour relative to the right chest.
