We used a 295 CC implant for her left breast and a 335 CC for her right, and we placed them in the submuscular plane through a periareolar incision. This patient was interested in improving the aesthetics of his chin/jawline, and underwent a sliding genioplasty. He underwent a 10 mm advancement and 6 mm lowering of the chin to enhance the contour of his jawline and improve the balance/proportion of his face. It’s important to note that this patient has a pre-existing chest wall asymmetry that resulted in baseline breast asymmetry. Through a periareolar incision, we used a 450 CC implant for both her left and right breasts and placed them in the submuscular plane.
