24-35 year old female who had a previous Brazilian butt lift by another plastic surgery and wanted a revision. The patient wanted improvement in the contour of the abdomen, waist, and hips. The patient wanted only a mild to moderate augmentation of the buttock to improve projection. 360-degree liposuction was performed of the abdomen, flanks, and lower back. Liposuction was also performed of the bilateral thighs. The fat was processed and transferred to the hips and buttock for an improved hip to waist contour and buttock projection. In the post-operative views, you can see narrowing of the abdomen, waist, and thighs. There is also creation of a smooth contour of the body as the abdomen transitions to the waist and hips. The patient’s buttock was augmented conservatively, creating a natural appearance that fits the patient’s frame.

This patient is 5.5 months post-op and looking fabulous! 💗

In this Breast Augmentation case, the patient was interested in increasing the fullness of her breasts while still maintaining an overall natural appearance. We used a 295 CC implant for her left breast and a 335 CC for her right, and we placed them in the submuscular plane through a periareolar incision. In the post-operative views, you can visualize an aesthetically natural but fuller transformation of her breasts. 😊

Let’s take another look at this beautiful Breast Augmentation case! 💓

Here are the before and after photos of this patient’s case that we posted last week. For her left breast, we used a 325 CC gel implant and a 295 CC gel implant for her right breast. Through a periareolar incision, we placed them in the submuscular plane and lowered the breast fold to improve asymmetries. As you can see from her post-operative photos, her breasts have increased in volume, fullness, and symmetry. At 8 months, she is fully healed, and her final results have settled in stunningly. 🌟

This patient, with Gynecomastia, was interested in improving the aesthetics of his chest, specifically with the overall chest size, contour, and shape. Therefore, we performed a Gynecomastia procedure, along with liposuction and renuvion of the bilateral chest. He is currently 4.5 months post-op, and as you can see from the post-operative photos, there is overall improvement in the shape, contour, and size of his chest. ✨

An amazing 6-week breast augmentation transformation ✨

This patient was interested in improving the aesthetics of her breasts, specifically symmetry and fullness. It’s important to note that this patient has a pre-existing chest wall asymmetry that resulted in baseline breast asymmetry. Through a periareolar incision, we used a 450 CC implant for both her left and right breasts and placed them in the submuscular plane. We also put extra care and attention into lowering the left breast fold to improve the overall symmetry that you can see from the postoperative views. 💓

A subtle shift can make a difference 👏

This patient was interested in improving the aesthetics of his chin/jawline, and underwent a sliding genioplasty. He underwent a 10 mm advancement and 6 mm lowering of the chin to enhance the contour of his jawline and improve the balance/proportion of his face. As you can see from the post-operative photos, he now has a stronger chin, a more defined profile view, and enhanced facial balance. Next up is his facelift and neck lift! 👍
