Blepharoplasty: Before & After Photos

Let’s take another look at this beautiful Breast Augmentation case! 💓

Here are the before and after photos of this patient’s case that we posted last week. For her left breast, we used a 325 CC gel implant and a 295 CC gel implant for her right breast. Through a periareolar incision, we placed them in the submuscular plane and lowered the left breast fold to improve asymmetries. As you can see from her post-operative photos, her breasts have increased in volume, fullness, and symmetry. At 8 months, she is fully healed, and her final results have settled in stunningly. 🌟

Check out this patient’s natural, amazing results! 🤩

In this case, the patient underwent Facial Masculinization Surgery to improve the contour and aesthetics of the full face. FMS isn’t a singular procedure, but rather a set of procedures that alter the shape and features of the face that are highly customized to each individual. This patient’s set included a sliding genioplasty, mandibular implants, forehead and cheek implants, anterior hairline advancement, and fat transfer to the midface and lower eyelids. In the post-operative photos, one can see a stronger chin, wider jaw, shorter forehead, and more prominent cheeks and forehead, that give the face a more overall masculine appearance that is still natural. 😊

This patient wanted to address her concerns with wrinkles, sagging skin, and jowls. She wanted to achieve an overall natural but refreshed and lifted transformation. In the post-operative photos, you can see that her face has been lifted and tightened, and appears less bottom-heavy. Look at this phenomenal transformation! 🥰

In this case, the patient underwent Nasal Reconstruction surgery after her Mohs excision to treat her basal cell carcinoma of the left nose and cheek. We used the nasal lining to reconstruct the mucosa, ear cartilage to support the nostril, and a flap from adjacent tissue to close the wound. In the post-operative photos, you can see that the patient has anatomical restoration of the nose and cheek. 😊
